The American Companion of Law & Politics

The D.C. Law Journal combines the attributes of the law review with the attributes of the law journal. Our articles define and analyze the legal concept and offer a method by which to actualize the legal concept. The topics range from principles of drafting contracts and statutes to governing structures of business entities to discussions of the uniform laws promulgated by the Uniform Law Commissioners and similar organizations to treaty law and international legal and business practices.
